I saw your old post on the thread about the treo 650 not waking up when it goes into sleep mode for too long. I too have this problem with mine but mine doesn't occur if it stays in sleep mode for too long it occurs randomly and several soft resets won't return it to normal. I have to remove the battery for a long period of time. Did you find a solution to your problem? Also you wanted an alarm to go off every 20 mins. try Treoalarm its free. You can pick for it to go off everyday starting at a certain time and then click on sound, set what tone you want to go off. u can pick no sound and check vibrate at the bottom. pick how long you want it to vibrate for. pick how long between each vibrate (in secs so 20 mins is 1200 secs) and pick how many times. (lets say you put it vibrates for 10 secs. 24 hours divided by 10 secs is.... 8640 secs. which is 144 mins. divide by 20 and u get 7 times a day. i may be wrong tho. hope this helps)
