I live in Canada and our providers will not be getting the 700 series phones until Fall. Wondering if it is possible for me to buy unlocked 700 series in the States so I can use it here? Secondly I need to know if the 700 series had strong flash player capabilities. If so what model of the 700 series do you suggest?
