    everytime i download ANTHING it says i dont have the right app. to open the download.... whats that mean??? im lost

    What phone do you have, with what provider, with what software version, and what is it you are trying to download in particular?

    By chance, do you have a WM phone and you're trying to download programs that are specific to Palm OS devices?
