    Default LowRider Photos???

Just like any Photos to do with new Palm Treo Releases, who knows if these are real. but I have seen them show up on a couple of sites now, and thought I would share them here. Many are speculating that this is the rumored Treo "LowRider". If this turns out to be an elaborate hoax, I apoligize. Just thought it was worth sharing, if for nothing else, than for the pure speculation on whether or not this is for real. . .

Strange that it has no branding whatsoever...

    Default Pppshhh!

That is totally fake, I could make one if I wanted to. Just need a Treo 650, a hacksaw, and blue paint!

As I recall, this photo was determined to be a fake, part of a tedious hoax on another message board.

Yeah, you know it's a fake because it has the old Treo 650 layout and is just as thick. It's simply a painted Treo 650 with the antenna removed (which is just a few screws). Maybe they covered the hole with some tape, plastic or made a mould and created a new antenna piece for it. Either way, it's not very difficult.

Yea, I thought it was a fake too . . . But it showed up on two boards about the same time, and one guy just swore it was real . . . . I think its proven to be a fake several times over now. I might have really bought it had it not been for the color and the fact that it didn't have "Palm" on it anywhere . . . . .
