    Default The Gandoff?

OK, I still don't believe it, but engadget just posted a color photo of a B/W grainy one I saw yesterday that I just knew was fake . . . Anyway, the plot thickens . . .

One article I read mentioned clamshell design and that's a step backwards for me. If it is real, then it looks larger than today's Treo series.

One can only hope it does. The 700WX has been a boatload of problems from the minute it was rolled out for sprint.

The Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system is not the most stable in the world and don't get me started on Active Sync.

A 800 Windows version would have to be better than anything in the 700 series of Windows mobile devices!!!

I couldn't wait so I got the mogul and am ultra happy, wm6 is awesome compared to wm5, and battery life is excellent too. My brother has a 2 month old 700wx and has to keep it topped off all day and wm5 crashes alot.

I'm liking it a lot, I like the wide screen, and am able to use it one handed for phone & general surfing except for when I email/text of course, I don't mind the slider. It has a nice dialer and tons of fee & free customizations written for it that allow nice big icons on the today screen, attached are screen shots.

I entered the smartphone market when I purchased my 700wx... and I must say that I have been OVERALL pleased with the phone, of course with the occassional "required soft rest" .. the phone is great.. I am eagerly anticiapating the release of the "800w" with the expectation of wifi, wm6 .....the "spy shot" sjown above definitely appears to address some design issues IMO.. lets see if Palm hits a homerun with this one...

I entered the treo world also with the 700wx,I have been overall pleased with it.Once in a while a soft reset is nessacary.i am anticipating the 800w also.Wm6,and the rumored larger screen appeal to me the most.I have heard as early as mid September,or october for release.
