Default treo 650 or wait for treo 700 ?

    Hi everyone,

I'm new here... I think you may be able to help me a bit...
In Canada, the treo 700 has not arrived yet and I was wondering if it is worth the wait or should I go with the 650 ?
Is the 700 arriving soon up here ?

    Thanks for your help !

With prices dropping, the 650 really is a great buy . . . But I believe if I were in the market today, I might be holding out for the 700P. Just my opinion for what its worth . .

From your post, I am guessing that you are a GSM user and not a CDMA one. The GSM 700 will be out anywhere between Aug and Oct according to reports all over the web. While it is a better buy, if you need a Treo right now, the 650 is about as solid as it gets. Its also pretty stable.

Now, if you already have a PDA, you might want to consider just getting a bluetooth phone for now, and then when it edges closer to the 700 GSM release, looking again at the 650 and see what deals your carrier would be doing (usually really good since they would be on clearance).
