Since they no longer have any 650's in their warehouse the replacement was a 680. Since they only send the body and fresh battery (no back panel), my 650 back panel would not fit the 650. They went to their highest supervisor and they could not send a back panel only (against company policy). So they sent me a brand new 755p, the only phones they had with back panels. While it was a bit of hassel for a few days, it made me glad I bought their warranty!
Very cool. I had the same result when my 650 was having data issues. Sprint wanted me to drive to the nearest repair center and hour away. Instead I requested an insurance replacement. The replacement had the typical 650 bad headset jack, and they replaced that with a 755.
