Exclamation Server Issues

Just an FYI that I'm aware of the issues with the site. I'm troubleshooting a multitude of issues. I think it's partially due to the site growth. If you notice anything, please feel free to submit your feedback here in this thread. I'm on the case and hope to have things resolved sooner than later.

Please let me know if you experience any issues today. I found the culprit of the problems yesterday. I had asked for a server upgrade last month to accomodate the traffic. They started billing, but never moved the site. With the eNewsletter, the site basically maxed out it's resources. After what felt like a few hundred emails, the site has been upgraded.

Any problems, please let me know and I apologize for the downtime.

Sorry for the hiccup. There was a network issue that not only affected the ET server, but the actual host themselves.

I think I could write a dissertation on why people dislike servers. Site issues today were caused by:

"Customer packets transversing Frontend Customer Router to have degraded performance and packet loss to and from the public network. Suboptimal routing continued throughout the duration creating continuous routing issues."

The English translation being, "Your site is down and continued to stay down for a real long time."

If I'm looking at the glass as half full, it was "network" related and not "server" related.

Now I know the meaning of "dedicated server". Dedicated to making you lose sleep, hair, mind.

In the words of my favorite movie Office Space, "Has anyone ever told you that you had a case of the Mondays?".....

"I believe you get your a%$ kicked for saying something like that."

Anyway, I apologize for all the outages.
