Best Inline Microphone Earbuds?

I just had to go and return the Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket earbuds I bought less than a week ago. The sound was awesome, but whenever I needed to be on a call, no one could hear me when I was talking into the inline mic. They were kind of like the one that comes on the Palm headset, with a button, except this button did absolutely nothing!

The wired earbud inline mic earbuds that came with the phone hurt my ears and don't fit in well. Can anyone suggest another brand that has a good working inline microphone and cushioned/gel earbuds?
