Shaun, take the box and all its contents back. I suspect there was supposed to be a case in there. My sprint store doesn't sell a package of just the charger, you have to buy the full kit.

I don't have my box with me but I think I remember that the Touchstone box had a very obvious insert where a back should be, a large orange cardboard support on top. My original glossy back is currently sitting on it, having been replaced by the matte finish of the TS back.

Does the box have a contents list on it somewhere? Again, mine isn't where I currently am else I'd check. I'll update later this evening if you haven't found a resolution by then.

edit: Upon further review, my box (also purchased from a Sprint store) came with a stone and a back, but not the cable. I use the cable from my original Pre box. So, maybe you do have a different kit.

Sprint is now selling the Touchstone with and extra cord and plug for the wall. The price is $70 with MD Tax = $ 80. NO BACK COVER! The Charging covers is now sold separately for $20.

The girl happened to find an old Touchstone with the Cover and wanted $65 for it.

REFUND!

For some fricken reason there are like 3 'kits' that have various things that come with them. Its extremly confusing I know. It would seem that the back cover doesnt come with that specific 'kit'. Make sure you get it if it was supposed to.

And of course, never buy crap from Sprint. Its like buying Sony products directly off their website where they are marked up more than half of what other businesses are selling for.

So this kit is a "universal webos" TS kit since now u need to be able to buy TS for pixi and pre.
