    Default Activation Error Screen

    Hi,

    I bought a palm pre and I'm stuck in the activation error screen, this is the only answer I found and it doesn't solve my problem.
    Can you pls try and help me?

    Are you sure that you have one of the "Everything" data plans on your account. When I ordered my phone, by phone, I was assured that my existing data plan would work. When my phone arrived I got the activation error message. Upon calling I was told that my existing plan wasn't sufficient, despite what the person who took the order said. I'll save you the details of the following 2 hours, but needless to say when my plan was updated the phone activated.

    I' try talking to my provider, but I'm not in the United States so I'm not sure it'll help.

    do you have any other ideas?

    Will let you know how it goes.
