I will probably have to get them to correct it. Sprint is known for screwing things up billing wise. I was with Verizon as well before, and never had issues with them. I only switched to Sprint to get the SERO plan.

Update: Received my Airave, set it up and was able to make a call around 1 hour later. (After the provisioning was done.) Full bars is definitely nice, hoping for no more dropped calls, at least until the cable internet goes out. Haha.

I am also on cable/internet system as well as phone. When our cable goes out EVERYTHING goes out except the electricity. Good to have a cell phone even if I have to walk down the street to use it.

I really give Sprint and Samsung a lot of credit. This technology is spectacular, that's for sure. I'm absolutely pleased with the call quality and actually being able to hold a call. This has been one rough week prior to the Airave, running to the corner of the apartment for one bar of signal and not being able to move freely while on the phone. :dft010:smile
