Best Buy charges the upgrade fee to premier customers, but .....

Premier customers are exempt from the upgrade fee. if the BB employee insists on doing it, have them call customer service for Sprint but this will slow the activation process down obv. OR just go home and email customer care. I camped out so i was too tired (and I knew i was right since i receives sprint's pre email @3:30 am saying that) went home and emailed Sprint, and within 3 hrs i received a reply and will get a credit on my next invoice...

Thank You jean............our BB only got 8 in and my wife got the last one after some fighting, I had no idea she was doing this, she surprised me for early Fathers Day present! Yeah, she rocks........ But we are Premiere members and she got charged the $18 fee, so I'm emailing Sprint now...........Thanks again for the info!
