    System Tools or Repair Help

    Crushed the face of my palm pre, I want to get my pics off. Help please.
    Palm cant help me , is this even possible? The actual technician at Palm actually guided me from a phone (webOS 1.2.1) that had a crushed face BUT I was able to use the volume and keyboard keys on the crushed phone. This tech had me use webOS Doctor (attempting to import OS 1.3.1 version). Now I cannot use the keyboard and only a screen of English/Espanol appears:dft004:cry

    Orange key + Sym + U puts in in usb mode just for that purpose.
