i'm on pre #3 my first two I had nooo problem downloading songs from my computer onto my pre through the USB drive. Now it is not working at all. When I bring it up on my computer they're there but when I eject my phone nothing! HELP ME, being that i've done this a billion times before with no problem I am going to go nuts if it isn't fixed soon.

Restart your phone:
Open Device Info .
Tap Reset Options.
Tap Restart.
Run the Quick Tests and see if there is an error message related to memory. Open the Launcher, tap Device Info, and then tap More Info. Open the Menu and tap Quick Tests. If the tests produce error codes, record them and call Palm Support.
Run the Interactive Tests and see if there is an error message related to audio.

thank you for your quick response. I ran the tests and it showed no problems. Is there anything else I can do?
