Memos don't sync?

I restarted my pre the other day, and oddly enough it asked me to enter my palm profile info. I did, and aside from having to re-renter some prefs and email info, it went smooth.EXCEPT that my memos are now gone! is there any way i can re-sync them? thanks

I've been b*t**ing about this for the past three days. No. Your memos are gone unless you owned a Treo and have the memos to back up to your Pre. There may be some third party trial/ pay program to do this in ur future but unless I'm terribly mistaken ur memos are history. Lo siento.

That's weird. When I swapped out my Pre all my memos came back when synced my profile.

Now that is interesting. Sprint tech told me only contacts backed up. I may have been misinformed. The people at my local Sprint store were clueless.

When I swapped out my Pre, everything was restored except my bookmarks (which kinda sucked because I had a TON of them).

Maybe it wasn't recently backed up I noticed today my phone was last backed up 3 days ago.

themirthfulswami if you are using a mac, there is app for the pre that syncs your bookmarks between mac and pre.

So this was first time the sync worked for me for a partial reset. my biggest problem was getting memos & tasks over, and even my google & FB accounts came over.

I think what was different is before after the reset, i kept putting wrong palm profile password so it had to use question....then didn't bother doing sync?

But last week I did a webOS Doctor reset and nothing was synced. y not?

I do have them backed up to palm desktop bc I had a treo 700p. But I can't re-sync these w/out a 3rd party app...thanks at least I know it's not just me
