New Group for those who want Pre on Verizon!

Hi Everyone. I am a Palm Pre lover and a verizon subscriber. Dying to combine them both, I have made a group on facebook for those who agree with me to join. You Verizon people are bad as iPhone people, you must have everything. When Verizon got BlackBerry Storm, no one said anything did they? Cant have it all.

Verizon is expensive...this guy at work pays the same amount of $$ per month as me but with no data plan....that is a beating.

Verizon would break it. They'd rewrite the OS and make it somehow have less functionality and throw that horrible red and black "theme" everywhere. Blech.

Verizon is a rip off and they cripple the GPS features on their phones so you have to pay a monthly fee for their gps application. They charge for everything. I don't understand why so many pay their high prices.

I can roam on Verizon network for free with Sprint. Never saw my phone roam though.

To get more "Pre" exposure, how about setting up a group in Pre Social. Support for groups and Facebook members can login via the forums -- and then join your group.

I agree, the more the merrier. Would love to see a Verizon group start up in Social. We always get Verizon people stopping by here wanting to know when the Pre might be coming to VZW. Would make sense that a group form in Pre Social. WTH, I'll set one up...:wink:

This should be a great centralized location for Verizon customers to stay up to date on what's happening with the Pre and VZW. I'll do what I can to update it regularly with any news I hear...
