    Exclamation Pre Won't Open Emails

    I don't understand. It worked just fine until a couple of days ago. I changed NOTHING. Now, it won't open any emails. It will list them but it "times out" when opening. What's the point of being able to see my email subject lines but not read the email?

    Anyone else having this problem or know of the solution? I guess I'll try calling Palm later but that is usually useless. I find better/quicker answers online. LOL

    yup, same thing this morning. I locked the phone, unlocked it an they started working again. I know it's not all that helpful but it worked for me.
