Who Will Be Your First Contact Entry?

Since the Pre has various ways of pulling data to the phone, i was wondering if you had given any thoughts as to how you will upload your contacts or will you do it the "old-fashion-way" adding one by one. Either way, who would be your first contact?

the easiest and fast way to get everything on my pre would be through Bluetooth =) I have over 400 contacts now.

So my first contact would be my friend Aaron because bluetooth will send contacts in alphabetical order. hehe

I'll be doing it the old fashion way and it will probably be my husband. I use new phones as a way to weed my contact list down. As in, do I REALLY want to take the time to put this person in my phone

Since when setting up the phone it forces you to do the Google thing right away, i am sure it will sync all my contacts at once. Then we will do the FB thing. If it goes Alphebetically then my first contact will be "Advanced Cleaning" the company that cleans my floors at the pet store.

my wife if i have to manually enter them seeing how her name starts with A and she's at the top of the list, however like spirit said, they may all sync at once thru google.

If I can get my contacts transferred all at once. It will be one of vendors I have to keep in contact with at work. If I do the ole fashion way. My girlfriend then my brother.

My wife would be the first one i dunno who after that...but can we transfer the existing numbers from our phone to Pre if so how? i'm using Palm centro i just wanna get ready for it. =)

If you all put my name on google then my name would be the first you see. Wouldn't that be great hehe JK. Most likely i'll add my bud Almie first and then 911 just in case i feint that day from the exxcitement.

just to clarifly, the pre getting started guide (which can be downloaded from sprintgurus.com) states the following:

"To use your Palm Pre phone, you must agree to Palm's terms and conditions and create a Palm profile-do so by entering a working email address."

Never does it mention it has to be a google (gmail) address.

it further states that:

"Setting up a Palm profile is different from setting up email on your phone."

I had read before that you needed a gmail account somewhere else, but it's clearly misinformation. i mean, you can if you want to, but it has nothing to do with setting up your email!
