    System Tools or Repair Downloading and uploading text messages

    All -

    Been trying to resolve this issue for a while - and could use some help. I have a slew of text messages on the phone, but need to replace my Pre.

    Been trying to decipher how to download my old text messages and then upload them to my new phone. I have the Mojo kit, but no guides out there to help.

    Any leads?

    I thought Palm backup/restore would handle that for you? Can you verify that with Sprint?

    The backup to Palm site should save your text, and if not the you cant do it.

    Pre so easy to use even a caveman can use it.

    It does not save text messages... or phone call logs... app settings... lol

    Default Already speaking with Palm Dev team...

    The Backup system currently does not save text messages or notes.

    I have reached out to some in the Palm Pre Dev community and to the dev team at Palm to see if there are some answers.

    I was hoping someone here had a lead...
