Hard keyboard does become a factor for some people, thats why my wife is waiting to get the Samsung Moment, but i like the Hero but the Pre has more freedom in its webOS. The only reason i am going to Hero is cause the build of the Hero, tha Apps & Games. The syncing is easier and well better made, the chat is easier to do, but the virtual keybaord has its problems for some. The SD card is a huge plus, what bothers me the most is the lack that Palm put in to the simple things, like customization of ringtones, and other things. I dont see why guys at precentral.net have to cover up Palms errors, instead those guy should be making apps and games they are correcting Palms lack of work, this is what bothers me, those guys at precentral did awesome job but it is not there job to do that it is Palms, and i get the feeling that palm is again falling a sleep at the wheel. Look what is coming out on the market, you got RIM, Android and Moto these companies are just rolling out awesome product, Samsung 800 MHz proc for the Moment, and what has palm made since its release of the Pre, Pixi? thats a joke, few updates that fall short, battery still huge problem with the Pre. Its just a darn shame that it will take some time for Palm to get up to speed but by then all the other companies could be so far ahead that Palm wont be able to catch up. And look at some of the forums people are jumping ship left and right and all are happy with the Hero and it does not hold well for Palm. I wonder what will the next update hold in store from Palm.
