How to get Everything Plus Referral Program for Pre?

When I log into the sprint.com/sero website and provide the credentials, I see this:

"Because of unprecedented demand, the Palm Pre is not yet available to Everything PlusSM Referral Program shoppers."

Does this mean I cannot BUY the phone online or does this mean I cannot apply this plan towards a Pre that I purchase in a store?

I have never seen anything so convoluted and ill-documented in my LIFE.

i seen the same thing

what i did is called the number they give you on the employee referral site (it ends is 4030 i think) and tell them what plan you want and that you want to stick with the phone you have

then go get one from a sprint store.

or if you are already on the plan then you need to go get one at the sprint store. they activated mine with no problems

more people should know that you don't need to spend $69.99. you can get the new SERO plan and only spend $60 and get all of the same goodies.

yes, call 1-888-882-4030

tell them you want to upgrade your plan and that you want to keep your phone

then go to a sprint store and get a pre

I am not a sprint customer at this time. I would also like to get the pre at best buy
