rebate with an ebay phone?

Hey, does anyone know if I can get a rebate on a phone purchased from ebay?

If so, where can I get the form?

I'm pretty sure you have to send in your receipt with the rebate form. Probably needs to be a sprint receipt.

Did you buy it from from just a random user selling theres or was it through an affiliated third party Sprint retailer? If it was through a third party retailer you probably had to fill out a new user agreement or an renewal agreement. If so contact them and they should be able to point you in the right direction. If it was just from some random user, then you are pretty much S.O.L. on the rebate.

It depends. If he had gotten it from a Sprint store then all he would have to do is fill out the form provided by them and send it with the copy of the receipt they gave him as well. The receipt has the serial number for the phone on it to prove it was a legit purchase and activation. If you got it from a third party vendor you probably have to cut off the part of the box with all of the bar codes and send that along with the form filled out. Also 9 times out of 10 you have to send the original box piece and not just a photocopy of it.
