Are you out of contract? You may be able to bring up that you can get a better deal elsewhere, but you're willing to renew your contract if they'll give you a good rate.
I have 4 unlimited lines, 2 for others.
Seen people that somehow get better rates.
Before I call Sprint I'd like to knwo what to expect.
Any ideas what talking points to use to decrease my bill?

Nope not yet but I figure it couldn't hurt to make a call.
I only pay for two so it's not a major deal, just the thought of almost $400 a month is a killer.

No kidding. It's definitely always worth a shot.
$400, WTF!!, I am on a family plan with 5 phones, ~2600 min shared with unlimited text, data, etc.. We pay 160 after our discount (through my mom's company). You should try to think about where you work, your partner, your kids, your other family members. Try to get some company discount, $400 seems crazy.

Do you really use enough minutes to justify the Simply Everything plans? Everything Data is a lot more economical.
My wife alone uses about 4000 minutes a months.
Step daughter and father just wanted to have the plan, since they pay for they're lines...
It makes little since for me to have anything but everything considering.
Usually out of contract people can work to get cheaper plans, but often there is a trade off in what is included.
I know the $99 Simply Everything plan does not allow % discounts (though some have gotten it), but the other plans do.
What company do you work for? They may have a discount with Sprint.

uh... IBM... Yeah That's it Microsoft...
No company just winging it. I will admit the ones I saw with discounts mentioned a "business plan".
