    I would say that it was their mistake, and you should leave it at that. FYI, you aren't going to get your $100 mail-in--rebate though.

    You should not have to pay for it. It is a sales contract. Once the sale is final, it is final, both legally and morally.

    HOLD UP PEEPS....Sprint has changed their policies. When you get to the end of year one on a contract the primiary number on the acct is eligible for the full upgrade. This is what Clair Clark from Sprint Corporate told me. for example last year on October 1st I got a Curve. Now granted we have 3 phones on our plan. 10-1-2009 went in and was just looking and a gentleman told me Im able to get the full upgrade/discount on a new phone because mine was the primary number on the acct. So to sum it up I got my Pre for $249.00 and I got the $100 mail in rebate. So got the phone for $149.99. This is some new policy sprint is doing.
