Not sure I'm following your post. I upgraded and paid for two new phones that will not bluetooth. I posted back to you in bluetooth about this but I e-mailed Sprint today. I'll keep you informed

Latest on Sprint removing part of the bluetooth features. They e-mailed me and said the features are not there and to call this number at auuurance (sp ??). It turns out that this is the insurance part of sprints equipment. They had no idea why sprint had me call them. They said they have no control over the phone features.

I have not personally done it, I have gotten them off the sprint site, my friend Freddy has custom ringtones on his Treo700wx
