    meaning mentioning anything about recording a call or anything to that effect to bring a lawsuit against sprint.. we will drop the call.

    Gueido,

    Do you work with sprint? If you do can you explain the use of codes and why sprint struggles to get them set. For the last four or five months some feature of by plan starts charging me and I'll call sprint. They correct the code then the next month a different phone on my bill will start being charged. I have been told it is because I am on an old plan.

    actually yes i do work for sprint... and if you are on an older account such as a grandfather account... it will be changed from time to time.

    I am about to switch to sprint. hope I dont have these problems.

    I wouldn't if I were you. Sprint was just in the news last week again. They have actually gotten worse year to year. It seems like they just can't get their stuff together post-Nextel merger.

    My problems with the billing seem to be gone. Knock on wood. It was as described above i have a grandfathered account that the new system and codes don't like to work with. My old account is a lot cheaper than the new ones so I am staying with it even if it causes a problem now and then.

    Sprint seems to offer the cheapest service if you need internet access.

    That's good news. I got burned by Sprint a little over a year ago and still have that memory. I never had an issue with there quality or prices, it was just the period that I could not get through to them when they owed me $400. And since I didn't have Sprint service, it was impossible to get through.
    But they seem to have good data and seem to be pushing the get their speeds even faster.
