Sprint Premier Customers and Upgrade Fees

Most people got the e-mail the day before the Pre came out and it stated that all Sprint premier cistomers would NOT be charged an upgrade fee of $18 when they got the Pre. Well I looked at my bill and there was the fee. I called and had it fixed. Might want to check your bill if you are a premier customer and recently upgraded to the Pre.

Was told by Sprint rep that the 18 dollars would show up on bill but would be credited in a future bill, 1 or 2 billing cycles. Pay it now I suppose and in the future have an 18 dollar discount later.

i was told the same thing, it should be credited back to you

My rep @ the Sprint Store told me to bring in the bill when it shows up and he will credit it back right then and there . I'm definitely holding him to his word!

Same for the Instinct. My fee was credited back at a later date.
