You are really crying for sprint's surcharges? Every telecommunication company charges those "surcharges" and trust me, if you think sprint surcharges are bad, don't even look at Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T's surcharges. ....way higher...
By the way, surcharges are clearly explained in the contract you signed with sprint, as well as in your plan details blue print.
These are all the charges by sprint.

As a point of comparison, my surcharges were about $20 on my last bill, with a 4 line everything data share plan + one data card.

Surcharges from these cellphone providers are actually charges that i put onto Sprint and other communication providers by the FCC Commission and other Commuinication Commissions Associations etc... the cell phone companies Sprint for example pass these charges onto the customer to recoup some of the losses plus sprint also uses these to pay its taxes and there is no way to get rid of these charges, also if you charges for 9.99 that are not charges for having an extra line, say you have a charge for Mobile Messanger or Mobile Ringer these charges have nothing to do with Sprint these are 3rd party scam charges that Sprint at least can block and credit back so when you see these charges and call in about them don't be an ass about it, it'll get took care of.
