What you need to upgrade in store
Just wondering if it's necessary to bring anything with you and what you need to know to do an in store upgrade. Need to have a phone bill/the phone you're upgrading or anything like that? Or do you just need the account name and a credit card?

as long as you are the account holder you should just need to be able to verify your identity and they can look up all the info in their system, and of course you'd need to bring a method of payment. Although I have read in places that they will allow you to bill the new phone to your account.
