I gotta agree with you there, T-Mobile's tech support is horrible! I called to get the 29.00 service(crazy right?), it took 3 days, 1 complaint, and a headache later and I finally got the service. Check this out, they had the nerve to call me and ask me to take a survey. Anyway I gave them all 1's and she asked if I would like a supervisor to call, I said yes. After I hung up I promptly filed a complaint with the BBB! So I got a response and they said they were giving me the unlimited internet service for $15! I responded and said I was being charged $29 a month. If you went to tier 3 and got no where like I did, file a complaint! Takes 5 minutes and they are the only ones these corporations listen to! I now know how to deal with T-Mobile, and yes when this contract is up I'm gone! So if you have time do that and tell them about all of the holding and no help.
