Default Unreasonable phone bill my first month with the T650

I was under the impression that with the $19.99 unlimited internet plan I would be able to use the web AND Verichat as much as I wanted..but my first bill with the T650 this month, they charged me for every MB that was downloaded and for every 'text message' to AOL..hopefully someone could shed some light w/ this issue..as I would not know how to exactly describe this to a Tmo rep..

    Default Call them!

I had a similar experience with Sprint, though it was after I had been a customer for over a year. Someone at Sprint changed my plan incorrectly, and after having monthly bills of around $75.00, I suddenly got one for well over $200! It was straightened out, but only after a couple of very lengthy, and increasingly annoyed phone calls.

Call your customer service number, and don't give up.

    Good luck.

Check your Verichat settings, you may be using SMS instead of Data Mode-with the former you will be incurring text messages charges.

I have similar plan with T-Mobile as well as a text messaging bundle carried over from years ago,but I regularly use Verichat and my internet (and on occasion use my Treo as a modem for my PC ) and have never found that I was charged for any data or text overage.

Call customer care, straighten it out-they're generally very helpful.

Hope you came to a solution already.
