Will T-Mobile ever carry the Treo 700??

I have the 700w through Verizon currently, but Verizon sucks in my part of town. Everyone with T-Mobile gets great reception when I have no bars with Verizon.

Will T-Mobile ever carry the 700 ro better? I do not want to go Balckberry if I dont have to, even though the 8700 looks pretty good.

I am in the same boat and I'm even coonsidering the black berry too,
I have to replace my phone but don'twant to replace my carrier too,
please keep us up on which phone you go with, i might follow suite.

It looks like new GSM models are coming in the fall from Cingular. Some are rumored to be running Windows Mobile. If that's the case, then an unlocked version would be available from Palm making it compatible with T-Mobile.

I know that you can buy an unlocked Treo and use it with a GSM network if the provider has a sim card. So is it possible to get a Treo 700p and have it work with T-Mobile? I know T-Mobile sucks, but the company has a plan that works best for my needs.

Currently, Palm isn't offering the 700P GSM . . Lets all hope they do sometime in the future!
