When I receive an e-mail, I tap on the attached Word document and a "Messaging" pop-up appears saying "Unrecognized file type. Tap and hold the attachment to save it and open it using a compatible program" I tap and hold the attachment, save it in the "Program files" folder then launch the Word Mobile program. I then click on "Programs Files" but no files are listed (the folder is empty). When I "Search" for the document's file-name, the "Results" pane lists the file-name. When I click on the file-name, a pop-up says "There is no application associated with the document. Run the application first, then open the file from within the application". How do I open the Word document?
