How to transfer data from SIM card to Treo?

    I have a Palm Treo 500 and have changed my ISP and now want to transfer all the data from the previous SIM card to the Treo, or failing that, to the new SIM card.. Would some kind person please tell me how to do this, as I can't find an option in the phone.
