Problem Editing Videos on Adobe Premiere CS4

I shot some footage on my Palm Pixi. Turns out it shoots at 19 frames per second. When previewing the imported MP4, the sound gets out of sync as the clip continues through the timeline like a clock that's running slow. The more the clip goes on the more out of sync the sound is to the video. I'm assuming that Premier is rendering the video at 29fps while the sound is running at the normal rate so they get out of sync.

Anyone know of a hack or workaround or video editing tool that I can use to stitch together footage taken on WebOS?

I haven't worked with premier in some time now, but in the older versions, there used to be a way to select what fps the program renders/imports the video with.

I don't have a way to test this right now, but I wonder how the video would do being imported into Windows Movie Maker? (Assuming you have windows of course.)
