    Default Can't hear ringing when calling someone

    Hi I have a very unusual problem.

    When i call a number I don't hear any ringing or sound until they answer their phone.

    What is weird is that I just bought a new 270 and it does the same thing - I can never hear anyone's phone ring when I call them!

    I tried my sim card in a friends phone and it worked fine.

    I'm trying to work out what, if anything, I may have missed.

    Ideas anyone?

    Hey there!

    Few questions to try and figure this out:

    • Are you using a BT headset perhaps?
    • Does it happen when you're using the handset?
    • When you tried it on your friend's phone, was it another Treo?
    • Have you always had this problem?
