When i call a number I don't hear any ringing or sound until they answer their phone. What is weird is that I just bought a new 270 and it does the same thing - I can never hear anyone's phone ring when I call them! I tried my sim card in a friends phone and it worked fine. I'm trying to work out what, if anything, I may have missed. Ideas anyone? Regards, Neil C.

Does it happen when you're using the handset? When you tried it on your friend's phone, was it another Treo? Have you always had this problem?
