Default MAC hot sync problems

i have my treo connected to my mac with OSX 10 (tiger). when i write a note on my to do list and sync, my mac is not updated with the newly entered "to-do". i have reset the conduit so that the palm overwrites the mac, and have also set it to default. short of that nothing, can anyone suggest any help? thanx in advance.

That's odd. You are using Palm Desktop?

I'd suggest downloading the latest version of Palm Desktop from Palm's site and giving it another try. There have been a few revisions. Perhaps, this might fix your issue.

Hmmmm.... not sure.

Have you tried a clean install of Palm Desktop? That's the only thing I can think of...

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Yes, but ONLY if you have all your data on your Treo. I would also move your USER folder somewhere else on your hard drive as an added backup. I'm not sure, but I belive the Palm installer has an "uninstall" feature. If you just installed Palm Desktop, then this probably wouldn't work.

The first time you sync, the Treo should write the new data (including your To Do's) to Palm Desktop.
