Speed Dial Screen features.

When I got my newest 270 it had the date and time on the speed dial screen just under the lowest speed dial buttons. My older unit didn't have this. I was forever going to world time to see what time it was. BUT when I did my first Hotsync the date and time were gone, replaced by speed dial buttons. Can I change this? Back to having the date and time on the speed dial screen?

My old unit has a feature of call history. I love this and use it all the time. The newer unit doesn't have this feature. Is that something I can download from some software update site?
