Any one have any idea how to check how many MB of data used?  Sprint doesn't seem to indicate on their website (as far as I can tell) and the Treo 300 doesn't have a way to check either.
As far as the Treo goes - I've had it for a couple of days and love it.  Sprint service is very good in my area.  Sprint customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.  As someone else mentioned, I also was hung up on about 4 times.  Keep on being put back in the phone cue line when a customer rep put me on hold.  And the last time, when the customer rep put me on hold I heard other customer reps talking to other customers but no one could hear me.  Seems like big problems in the customer service area.  Also, while the sprint website concept seems fine, it's been down more than up in the last couple of days.

the problem is that SPRINT released this little gem before the support team was ready.  While I have been very frustrated I also feel for the reps on the phone who are clueless and have to render poor service due to inadequate training. Hopefully people on this board can take up the slack.

I have to agree, they not only released the Treo 300 too soon, to make things worse they released a s#itload of other vision phones. You can track the data usage with a program called Cell Plan and XHack. The documentations explains how to do it, nothing complicated other than entering all the details of your bill.

Cell Plan and XHack only track minutes.  You want to get KBTracker to track KB's because this is what Sprint will track as soon as they get their act in gear.  I just got it and it works pretty good.  Only $5.95

It will allow you to get an idea of your monthly KB usage while Sprint sorts out there end of things.

Thank god for this forum!  It seems everyone has experienced "Sprint customer service from hell"
