I'm so confused

Ok so i got my treo 300 today, and im way confused, this may seem stupid but on the screen all it shows is the phone book, and on the pictures on the internet it shows like games and other fun stuff, i dont know what i have to do but all i can do is see the phone book and recent calls.... Can someone help please?!?!

You have to access the Applications. It's been a while since I used my 300. Try hitting the blue button in conjunction with the Home button (right?).

From there you'll see the installed apps. You can also find a ton of applications online and games. You'll need to HotSync in order to install applications. Palm files are usually in the form of a .prc.
