After hours on the phone w/Sprint's non-existant customer service I was told that the reason I can't get online this morning (repeatedly cancelled at the beginning of the connection process) is because there are data transmission problems from NYC to DC (and beyond).  Apparently this was first reported Friday afternoon just after 1 pm.  I used my email service with no problem all day yesterday, long after the supposed problem was reported, so I'm suspicious.  Can anyone out there shed any light on this?  Similar problems getting on line?  Flawless service despite Sprint's convenient (albeit unconvincing) catch-all excuse?

I haven't had any problems today. I'm writing this from my 300. II have experienced the soft reset issue, but seem to avoid that simply by connecting using Blazer and then switching apps. Sounds like Sprint is dong some maintenance on some of the network.
