Last week I started getting a message that the network couldn't handle my call, but the call went through as I got the message...then I couldn't disconnect and then, it dialed random numbers, once unfortunately, it was 911.  This has happened 6-7 times since then.

Has anyone heard of this or does anyone have any ideas how to stop it?
