The Treo 300 has tremendous potential and I love its connectivity to web.
HOWEVER, the main reason to buy the unit was to trade stocks at Charles Schwab. It connects fine, gets little padlock at bottom of screen but when I had a question and called schwab they told me the Treo 300 was not allowed because it had bad security.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Are there any stock brokers that allow the Treo 300?

I am connecting with Sprint Vision and live in the Washington DC area.

    THANKS

Have you tried Xiino? Might be worth a try. They offer it for a 30 day trial. You can find it at PalmGear or Handago

Let me know how you make out. I use Datek, but haven't accessed them yet with my Treo.

I just got back an email from Schwab (SUnday night 7:30pm) and they say that effective last Tuesday, the Treo should work fine.

If this is true, yipeeeeeee, what a great tool, a fun toy, and an opportunity to either squander the kids college fund, or make enough money to pay for their college.

Is any one else using this device to trade?

I haven't used my Treo to trade (yet), but I have used it to post on forums (like Everything Treo(
I've run into some issues where it's said "Blazer could not complete the download". Clicking Submit caused a double entry on the forums. I'd confirm any orders... good luck the college fund!

Hey...by the way, I realize this is off topic... but have you tried StockManager? I've been using it for years. It's at Tiny Stocks
