Sprint customer service has been unable to get to the bottom of my issues, so I thought I' pass it before the wizards on this board.
My treo 300 crashes whenever I try to hotsync it. no matter what i do, it simply won't hotsync. I'm now on my second treo 300 and it won't sync either. Doesn't matter if it's a windows or Mac...I have to reset the device after I hit the hotsync button.
Sprint is not helpful at all. Handspring doesn't support their own device...
Any suggestions...websites?

btw...most of the time I am trying to hotsync to a 10.2.3 mac
