Treo 300 wireless lock please help

I don't know the password to unlock the wireless mode on my Treo. My son was messing around with it and set a password and he doesn't remember what it was. I tried a hard reset many times and it still asks me for a password. I called Sprint and they said that they would be able to reset it, but when I took it in, they couldn't figure it out. Is there any way to completely erase the memory, including the wireless mode security settings? It's not the default password, he changed it.

looks to me like you need a new phone

I would sugest taking this phone to your local Radio Shack and ask them to send it out to be repaired the associate may not know much about it but the Radio Shack cell phone repair center cn reset security codes on most phones and if they can't they don't charge you.
