 |  contact shows up as unknown caller When i text my friend and she replies it shows up as unknown caller. but her name is in the contact list... what gives? on a side note, how do i change the main ringtone? |

how do you have it saved? for example if you do not have the area code in front, it will not recognize it. let me know. ....and if you want a ringtone that is pre-installed on the phone, go to 'Sounds' and pick something there...otherwise you would need to download a ringtone program and have a SD card in order to change it to one of your favorite songs. what kind of treo do you have?
