Hi everyone,

I'm excited to announce BoxWave's newly designed FlexiSkin for the Treo 600!

FlexiSkin for the Treo 600 comes in your choice of two colors: Frosted-Clear and Smoke Grey. This lets you best match the color of your FlexiSkin to your Treo! It's hard to tell looking at the boxwave site -- does the Treo 600 still fit into the cradle if it's wearing a Flexiskin? (On the boxwave site it's called a FlexiSkin, but in your post, you called it an ActiveSkin, did the product name get changed?).

Yes, the FlexiSkin was once called ActiveSkin, but it was causing bit of a confusion our other product, ActiveCase. :o So to allow less room for confusion and a greater distinction between the two, we've changed the name to FlexiSkin. I apologize for the confusion this may have caused.

Well, been here, done that- the case DOES NOT fit in the cradle. Looks like you got the same response I did- that's just wrong! It won't even come close! What's even worse, I e-mailed them before 1/3/2005 and told them it didn't fit in the cradle, so they knew it didn't fit, but they still tell you otherwise! :mad:

I would not suggest the BoxWave treo600 Flexiskin skin. I sent them an e-mail asking if it would allow me to charge through the cradle, they said it would, so I ordered it at $32. When I got it, I noticed the holes weren't the right size for the top volume control, and the IR hole was all messed up, so I asked for a refund, and if they would refund shipping as well, (since they said it would work the way I wanted and it didn't), and they refused to give me a refund on shipping. Check out this thread for the comments and pictures of the case- I was very dissapointed with first the case, and then the service- I've ordered a sena case instead!

I apologize for the prior information given about the compatibility of the Treo 600 with the cradle while wearing a FlexiSkin. We were informed from a Treo 600 user that it did work on the cradle but we've found it otherwise. We appreciate your information regarding this situation.
