    Default Call Forwarding

    Ok, I recently purchased a used treo 600 that is unlocked for GSM service, everything works and I have set up everything else, but I am trying to get my phone to forward to another number when I am out of service or my phone is off, I go to Call Preferences in the phone menu and then change the number in the Off/no service category to the number I want to forward and click ok and its says operation failed! I have tried multiple number formats and different things, but I cannot change it. Help me!

    I am not sure, but that sounds like a function your provider may have some control over. Have you inquired if that kind of service is available and active?

    Wish I could offer you more, but let us know what you find and how it works out.
