can some please help me with my treo 600?

I have recently got this new program for school. it is made up of a bunch of little applications. it would be impossible to fit all of them on my treo 600 internal memory. so i just intall them to the external memory. I have more than enough space to add the programs to the card the problem is that after i have intalled a lot of applications lts say 20, the ones i install after the 20 seem to get installed but they do not show up on my treo. if i look inside the card the programs are there but for some reason they do not with the other icons i just insttaled. it seems like there is only a certain amount of icons the could be seen. i deleted everything and installed the ones that didnot show just to make sure they worked and they did but after i added like 20 of the programs they would no longer show. the rest still work fine but i cant seem to add or see the rest of the programs. the programs are for nursing school so each one is for like, cardia, pulmonary, pediatrics, ect. there is enough intermenory available nothing is saturated. the reason i think that only so many i cons could be seen is because they show and work if i intall them to the internal memory. this is very confusing i know i hope someone could help me.

An exceedingly fine chance that not all of them are meant to be displayed in the launcher. If you start the program, does it do everything it is meant to? Are all in the Palm/Launcher folder? What application is it?

[I guess not all of them are made to work from the sd card. i was able to make it work by adding all the prc files to my handheld and adding all the pdb files to the sd card. so it worked this way but it took up almost all of my memory from my hand held device. thanks for replying.
